In partnership with Grinnell College’s Community Partnerships, Planning And Research and the Center for Careers, Life, and Service, join us for an open-house fair featuring local and regional organizations with volunteer opportunities for all interests, schedules, and experience levels. Whether you’re looking to volunteer for a single event, make a long-term commitment, or simply explore ways to get involved, you’ll discover the many organizations making a difference in our community and the meaningful ways you can be part of their work.
October 28, 2026
4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Harris Concert Hall: 1114 10th Avenue, Grinnell, IA 50112
Come connect with local organizations, ask questions, and find the opportunity that’s right for you. All ages are welcome, though individual organizations may have their own minimum age requirements for volunteers.
Co-hosted by the Claude W. and Dolly Ahrens Foundation, the Greater Poweshiek Community Foundation, and Grinnell College, this event is part of a year-long series exploring how communities come together and how you can get involved.
