April 26, 2026 The #4 Ahrens Park parkrun is in the books and it was a beautiful morning! We had 38 runners/walkers and 4 dogs. Visitors from the UK and Des Moines participated as did 12 first-timers. Of those returning, 9 posted their best-ever Ahrens Park parkrun 5K time! We also had 5 volunteers! Next [...]
