Photos show the transformation of Dolly’s Garden at Ahrens Park during the October 8th fun-filled landscape design class hosted by Imagine Grinnell and the Ahrens Park Foundation. Three heirloom peach trees, a large strawberry patch, and several gooseberry bushes are just a few of the new additions for the edible landscape planted in the garden. A second phase of plantings, composting bins, shaded and seating areas are planned for another additio
n in the spring of next year.
